Our new auto generated 30-meter sprint FVP graphs, offers instant insights into your atheltes’ strength and speed capabilities, enabling the design of personalised training programs. By understanding whether an athlete has a force or velocity deficit, you can tailor exercises to address weaknesses, optimise strengths, and achieve balanced development.
Auto generated force-velocity profiles for actionable insights:
All you need to do is have your players run 30 metres and our algorithm will serve you this:
The first graph displays the Force Velocity Profile versus the Total Time for a 30 m sprint, enabling a team analysis of force and velocity deficiencies. The FV-profiles plotted against the sprint time for each player can be used to see if any players stand out from the rest of the team both in terms of total sprint time and FV-profile.
The second graph plots the Force Velocity Profile against Max Power for the same distance, offering comparison to optimal sprint profiles for 5, 10, 20 and 30 metres. The FV-profiles are plotted against the maximum power for each player. In this plot there is also an option to see the theoritical optimal FV-profile for different sprint distances.
Zoom In and Zoom Out
These to new graphs, presenting FVP on a team level, are a perfect complement to our player card FVP graphs zooming in on player’s force-, velocity- and power curves for the complete picture on force-velocity balance.
